Abstract452)   HTML    PDF (1130KB)(145)
The thin strips of Fe(Co)⁃Hf⁃B⁃Cu iron⁃based strip amorphous alloys were prepared by single⁃roller⁃quenching method. The amorphous structure was determined by XRD, Mössbauer spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The thermal stability of different samples was tested by differential scanning calorimetry. The results indicate the glassy structure of all the samples. Furthermore the results indicate that the thermal stability of amorphous alloys can be increased by faster cooling rate or adding pure B elements. And it can be also identified to improve the thermal stability of amorphous alloys that alloying components with the appropriate amount of Co.

Abstract341)      PDF (171KB)(240)
Nano-crystallization of amorphous alloy Co60.15Fe4.35Si12.5B15 can be realized with the process of low-frequency pulsating magnetic field. In the process of crystallization, temperature rising is less than 5 ℃, which can prevent efficiently material from getting fragile and obtain the nano-crystallization soft magnetic properties superior to routine isothermal annealing. The larger GMI effect was observed in the experiment, and the best driving frequency is 2 MHz and the transverse anisotropy field is 0.9 kA/m.
